Cedar Hill Library Redevelopment
The Cedar Hill Library and Affordable Housing Redevelopment represents a collaborative partnership with the District of Saanich. The goal is replacing the current Nellie McClung library with a new library space, complemented by the addition of affordable housing on the upper levels in Saanich.

The project contains commercial space (library) and 210 units of affordable housing atop ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. Located near schools, stores, and transit the location offers convenient access to all the amenities.
Proposed Features include:
- 210 units affordable housing
- Up to 18 storey concrete building
- Studio, one, two and three-bedroom units
