Village on the Green is an existing 38-unit Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC) complex, located in the Fernwood neighbourhood of Victoria. The proposed redevelopment would see the number of homes on site increase from 38 to 160 units of affordable housing. The start date of the project is targeted for Q2 2025, with a likely completion date 30 months later. The conceptual budget for the Village on the Green development is $81 million.
