Individuals, couples and families across the region may want to consider a new place to call home, but the costs of moving are often prohibitive, so the CRHC has come up with a way to make relocating easier with a new move-in bonus.
Move-in Bonus
Making your move to Langford, View Royal or Central Saanich just got easier. The following properties include a special offer:
- Up to $2,500 move-in credit: up to $1,000 for a studio or 1-bed home, $2,000 for a 2-bed home, and $2,500 for a three-bed home or larger. This credit is to be applied to the first month’s rent.
- FREE month rent based on an 18-month lease
- Additional FREE month rent if lease is extended for an additional 18 months, to be applied to the 36th month
